DELIVERY CONDITIONS

URBAN CARTEL DELIVERIES

- For all orders placed before noon, shipments are made the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). After this deadline, shipment will take place the following day.

- For mainland France, allow on average 48H to 72H maximum for delivery by colissimo and 3 to 4 working days for delivery via parcel relay.

- Our shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We attach the utmost importance to protecting your packages in order to guarantee the best for your shipments. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the carrier.

- Shipping costs start at €5.90 at a relay point for mainland France and €11.90 for Europe

- For mainland France, shipping costs are free from €59!

- Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the information and a link to track your package.
